Link Recruit to BrokerMetrics®

To automatically pull recruit production information from BrokerMetrics, you must link the specific recruit to their information in BrokerMetrics.

To link a recruit to BrokerMetrics, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits .

5. Click one of the following tabs at the top of the page:

   • Click the Recruit Management tab to display a list of all your Market Center recruits.

   • Click the Recruiting Pipeline tab to display all recruits that are in the Pipeline. Recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

7. Click the recruit name to view the recruit details.

8. On the Recruit Details window, click the Production tab.

9. At the top of the Production tab, click Link BrokerMetrics Record.

10. On the Suggested BrokerMetrics® window, select the correct agent record and click Link Record.

    You receive a BrokerMetrics® Record Linked confirmation message.

    Note

    The search for agent records can return multiple records. Importing multiple record for the same recruit can distort the recruit’s production metrics.

11. If no recruit records are returned or you do not see a correct result for the recruit, click Search for Agents to run a manual search.

12. On the Link to BrokerMetrics® window, enter relevant recruit search information and click Search for Agents.

13. Select a recruit result and click Link Record.

    You receive a BrokerMetrics® Record Linked confirmation message.
