Delete a SmartPlan

You cannot delete an active SmartPlan (one containing recruits). You must first Unsubscribe Recruits from a SmartPlan.

To delete a SmartPlan, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click SmartPlans smartplans-icon.

  5. Click the MC Plans tab, at the top of the page.

  6. Find the correct Smartplan in the list and click the menu options icon menu-options-icon and select Delete.

  7. On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, delete.
