Link Recruit to BrokerMetrics®
==============================

To automatically pull recruit production information from BrokerMetrics, you must link the specific recruit to their information in BrokerMetrics.

To link a recruit to BrokerMetrics, complete the following steps:

#. At the top of the **Production** tab, click **Link BrokerMetrics Record**.

#. On the **Suggested BrokerMetrics®** window, select the correct agent record and click **Link Record**.

   You receive a **BrokerMetrics® Record Linked** confirmation message.

   .. note::

      The search for agent records can return multiple records. Importing multiple record for the same recruit can distort the recruit's production metrics.

#. If no recruit records are returned or you do not see a correct result for the recruit, click **Search for Agents** to run a manual search.

#. On the **Link to BrokerMetrics®** window, enter relevant recruit search information and click **Search for Agents**.

#. Select a recruit result and click **Link Record**.

   You receive a **BrokerMetrics® Record Linked** confirmation message.
