Call or Text a Contact¶
To call or text a contact, complete the following steps:
From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.
Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.
On the top-left corner, click Command.
In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact you want to edit.
Click on the contact’s phone number.
On the Client Interaction window, click the call or text button.
If you click the call button, you can enter Timeline Details to note this call on the contact’s timeline. Click Add Timeline.
If you click the text button, enter the Text Message and attach any additional files by dragging them to the window or browsing for them. Click Send SMS.
Note
The contact must have a phone number that accepts texts.
