Call or Text a Contact¶
To call or text a contact, complete the following steps:
- From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com. 
- Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password. 
- On the top-left corner, click Command. 
- In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact you want to edit. 
- Click on the contact’s phone number. 
- On the Client Interaction window, click the call or text button. - If you click the call button, you can enter Timeline Details to note this call on the contact’s timeline. Click Add Timeline. 
- If you click the text button, enter the Text Message and attach any additional files by dragging them to the window or browsing for them. Click Send SMS. 
 - Note - The contact must have a phone number that accepts texts.
