Manage a Recruit’s Checklist

To manage a recruit’s checklist, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits recruits-icon.

  5. Click the Recruit Management tab, at the top of the page. A list displays of all your Market Center recruits.

  6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

  7. Click the ellipses icon menu-options-icon (on the far right) for that recruit and select Manage Checklist.

  8. The Checklist window displays the current checklist for the recruit (based on Phase and Stage).

    You can complete the following tasks on this window:

    • Use the right and left arrows to see checklists for future and previous stages.

    • Drag and drop to rearrange items in the list.

    • Mark an item as complete.

    • Hover over an item and click Assign to add or change the assignee.

    • Hover over an item and click Set Due Date. Select a date from the calendar and click Save.

    • Hover over an item and click the ellipses icon menu-options-icon to Edit or Delete the item.

    • To add an item to the list, click Add Item, enter the item, and click Add.

    • Show or hide completed items with the Show Completed toggle.

  9. When complete, click Close.
