Add a Recruit to a SmartPlan

To subscribe/add a recruit to a SmartPlan, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits .

5. Click one of the following tabs at the top of the page:

   • Click the Recruit Management tab to display a list of all your Market Center recruits.

   • Click the Recruiting Pipeline tab to display all recruits that are in the Pipeline. Recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

7. Click the recruit name to view the recruit details.

8. On the Recruit Details window, click the SmartPlan tab.

9. Click Add to SmartPlan.

10. Select when you want the SmartPlan to start:

    • Start all now - The first step of the SmartPlan begins immediately, as soon as you confirm.

    • Start all on the following date - Use the calendar widget to choose a date on which to start the SmartPlan.

11. Click Confirm when you are ready to start the SmartPlan.

12. On the Add to SmartPlan pop-up, review the details, then click Confirm.
