Respond to a Team Transfer Request¶
Market Center Administrators (MCAs), Assistant Market Center Administrators (AMCAs), System Admins, and Legal users can transfer teams from one KW Market Center to another.
To respond to a team transfer request, complete the following steps:

CommandMC settings are available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.
From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.
Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.
On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
On the left-hand Settings pane, click CommandMC Settings to display the CommandMC settings.
Click MC Team Management.
Note
If you are a member of more than one Market Center, select the Market Center with a pending transfer request from the drop-down list.
On the MC Team Management page, click the Pending Team Requests tab.
For the correct request, click one of the following options:
To approve the request, click Approve and then Yes, Approve Request on the confirmation page. After approving the transfer request for a team, we recommend the following actions:
Invite all transferring team members, including the Rainmaker, to the new Market Center.
Add all transferring team members to the team. If team members are not added right away, they will appear in the list of Unallocated Associates in the Market Center the members are transferring from.
To decline the request, click Decline and then Yes, Decline Request on the confirmation page.
