Create a Contact Task

To create a Contact task, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Tasks tasks-icon.

  5. Click the Contact Tasks tab, at the top of the page.

  6. Click Create New Task, at the top-right of the page.

  7. On the Create Custom Task window, enter the following information:

    • Task Name

    • Due Date Uncheck the All Day checkbox, to select the time of day for your due date.

    • Task Description (optional)

    • Recruit(s) attached to this task (optional)

    • Hyperlink that you need to complete the task (optional)

  8. Click Associate Contacts, to add specific contacts to the task (optional). On the Associate Contacts window, Use the search to find the contacts. Click the Add Contact icon add-contact-icon for each contact you want to add. After you have chosen all of the contacts to add to the task, click Assign Contacts.

  9. Click Create Task.
