Mark or Unmark a Contact as a Lead

To mark or unmark a contact as a lead, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Contacts contacts-icon.

  5. In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact you want to edit.

  6. Select or deselect the Mark as Lead check box.
