Change the Recruit’s Phase or Stage

You change the position of a recruit in the Pipeline from the recruit list.

To change the position of a recruit in the Pipeline, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits .

5. Click the Recruit Management tab, at the top of the page. A list displays of all your Market Center recruits.

6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

7. Click the ellipses icon (on the far right) for that recruit and select Change Pipeline Phase.

8. On the Move to another stage window, select a new Phase or Stage.

9. Click Save.
