Create Smartviews for Recruits

When you use a set of filters often, save that set of filters as a SmartView. You can then access that set of filters without having to reset them each time.

To create Smartviews for recruits, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits .

5. Click the Recruit Management tab, at the top of the page. A list displays of all your Market Center recruits.

6. After the desired filters have been selected, click the Smartview drop-down and select Create Smartview.

7. Name your SmartView, then click Save Smartview. To access this Smartview in the future, click the All Recruits drop-down at the top of your recruits list, and choose it from the list.
