Unsubscribe a Recruit from a SmartPlan

To unscubscribe/remove a recruit to a SmartPlan, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits .

5. Click one of the following tabs at the top of the page:

   • Click the Recruit Management tab to display a list of all your Market Center recruits.

   • Click the Recruiting Pipeline tab to display all recruits that are in the Pipeline. Recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

7. Click the recruit name to view the recruit details.

8. On the Recruit Details window, click the SmartPlan tab.

9. Find the correct Smartplan in the list and click the Delete icon and select Delete.

10. On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, Remove.
