Remove Recruit from Pipeline

If the recruit you are working with falls through for any reason, you can remove them from the pipeline. The recruit record remains in the Recruit database.

To remove a recruit from the pipeline, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits .

5. Click the Recruit Management tab, at the top of the page. A list displays of all your Market Center recruits.

6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

7. Click the ellipses icon (on the far right) for that recruit and select Remove from Pipeline.

8. On the Remove from Pipeline window, select Fall out.

9. Enter a removal comment in Why are you removing this recruit?. The recruit is returned to the recruiting database for further engagement.

10. Click Save.
