Add an Activity

Command tracks the activities of the contact (in person meetings, calls, or texts) in the contact’s timeline. These activities are also tracked through the Goals Report, in the Command Reports application.

To add an activity to a contact, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Contacts contacts-icon.

  5. In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact to which you want to add an activity.

  6. At the bottom right of the contact details page, click the blue circle contacts-interactions-icon.

  7. Above the blue circle, options will appear. Choose the Add Activity option.

  8. On the Add New Activity window, enter the following information:

    1. Choose an Interaction Type using the drop-down: * Meeting * Call * Text * Quick Note

    2. Select the date of the activity. Click in the Date field and choose from the calendar widget.

    3. Enter a Description, or note about the activity.

    4. Check the Has Responded check box, if you connected with the contact. This takes the contact off of the 8x8 SmartPlan, if they were on it, and you can now add them to a more personalized touch plan, based on their needs.

  9. Click Save.

    You are now able to track all of the notes and activities for your contact, in the contact timeline.
