Add an Outside Referral

You use the Offers & Commissions tab to detail the commission disbursement for an Opportunity and then submit this to your Market Center.

Note

You must have accepted an offer for the Opportunity before you can access the Commissions page for that offer.

To add an outside referral payment, complete the following steps:

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

4. On the left toolbar, click Opportunities .

5. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) that contains the Opportunity.

6. Click on the Opportunity name to view the Opportunity details.

7. At the top of the Opportunity page, click the Offers & Commissions tab. The Offers & Commissions tab lists all offers for the Opportunity.

8. Click Manage Commission next to the accepted offer.

   The Offers & Commissions tab auto-fills with the data you entered into the accepted offer.

9. In the Commission Information section, click Add Outside Referral.

10. On the Add Outside Referral page, add the outside referral information.

11. Click Add Outside Referral.
