Delete Transaction

You can only delete transactions in Open status.

To delete a transaction, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Transactions transactions-icon.

  5. Click the Transaction tab at the top of the page:

  6. Search for the correct transaction. For more information, see Search Transactions.

  7. Click the ellipses icon menu-options-icon (on the far right) for that transaction and select Delete.

  8. On the Delete existing transaction? window, click Yes, Delete.
