Close Transaction

A transaction must be in balance (Approved status) in order to be set to Closed. The money received plus any adjustments must equal the pay to KW plus any disbursements.

To close a transaction, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Transactions transactions-icon.

  5. Click the Transaction tab at the top of the page:

  6. Search for the correct transaction. For more information, see Search Transactions.

  7. Click the transaction number to view the transaction details.

  8. Click Close Transaction.
