Delete a SmartPlan

You cannot delete an active SmartPlan (one containing contacts). You must first Unsubscribe Recruits from a SmartPlan.

To delete a SmartPlan, complete the following steps:

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

4. On the left toolbar, click SmartPlans .

5. Click the MySmart Plans tab, at the top of the page.

6. Find the correct SmartPlan in the list and click the menu options icon and select Delete.

7. On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, delete.
