Select Designated Associates

You can set the default designated associates for the following SmartPlan step types:

  • Tasks

  • Email

  • SMS/MMS

To select the designated associates, complete the following steps:

CommandMC settings are available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.

  4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  5. On the left-hand Settings pane, click CommandMC Settings to display the CommandMC settings.

  6. Click SmartPlans.

  7. On the Designated Associates page, select your Market Center from the drop-down list.

  8. From the Tasks drop-down, select the default assignee for the tasks. This can either be the recruit assignee or Market Center leadership.

  9. From the Email drop-down, select who the emails should come from. This can either be the recruit assignee or Market Center leadership.

  10. From the SMS/MMS drop-down, select who the messages should come from. This can either be the recruit assignee or Market Center leadership.

  11. Click Save Changes.
