Archive a Contact

Sometimes you need to remove a contact from your database, maybe they are non-responsive or they do not want to be contacted. Command gives you the ability to first archive contacts, and then to fully delete them, if necessary.

To archive a contact, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Contacts contacts-icon.

  5. In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact to archive.

  6. Click the Archive archive-icon icon.

  7. On the confirmation window, click Archive.
