Create an Opportunity for a Contact

Opportunities is the system we use to track our current and potential transactions within Command. Each Opportunity (current or potential transaction) starts at the Cultivate Phase, where you can track an Opportunity before you have even set an appointment, and it continues to be tracked through to the Closed Phase, after being approved for compliance and Commissions.

To create an Opportunity, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Contacts contacts-icon.

  5. In the Contacts list, click the name of the contact.

  6. Click the Opportunities tab, at the top-right of the contact record.

  7. Click Create Opportunity.

  8. Complete the Create Opportunity window. For more information about the fields on the Create Opportunity window, see Create Opportunity Fields.

  9. Click Create Opportunity.
