Create Lease Commission

You can create a Lease commission for a Lease opportunity.

To create an offer, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Opportunities opportunities-icon.

  5. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) within the deal type (Listings or Buyer) that contains the Opportunity.

  6. Click on the Opportunity name.

  7. At the top of the Opportunity page, click the Commission tab.

  8. Click Add New Commission, on the right side of the page.

  9. Complete the Create Commission page.

    The following fields are required to create and accept a lease commission:

    • Property Address

    • Property Type

    • Property Classification

    • Landlord Info - Enter Landlord Name, Co-Landlord Name (if necessary) and the Landlords’s Agent Representative. The side you are representing should be auto-filled with any information you have already entered in Opportunities.

    • Tenant Info - Enter the Tenant Name, Co-Tenant Name (if necessary) and the Tenant’s Agent Representative. The side you are representing should be auto-filled with any information you have already entered in Opportunities.

    • Lease Signed Date

    • Occupancy Date

  10. Click Create Commission.
