Edit Market Center Compliance Checklists¶
As agents are creating Opportunities and managing their transactions in Command, they must upload documents for compliance approval. You can edit checklists if you need to replace documents or make other changes to the checklists.

To edit and reorganize Market Center checklists, complete the following steps:

CommandMC settings are available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.
From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.
Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.
On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
On the left-hand Settings pane, click CommandMC Settings to display the CommandMC settings.
Click Compliance.
Select your Market Center from the drop-down and select the Opportunity Type.
Note
Each Checklist Type has a separate compliance checklist that must be created and edited separately.
To edit a checklist, click Edit under the correct compliance event.
On the Edit Listing Stage pop-up, modify the Due Date, change the order of the documents, or delete a document, and click Save.
To edit a document within a checklist, click the three dots to the right of the document.
Choose either Edit, which will give you the ability to edit any details or replace the document, or choose Delete, which opens a delete confirmation prompt.
