Create an Offer¶
Within Opportunities, Keller Williams has created an offer management system. When you enter offers into the system, you can use that data to improve your future offers, through reports and insights. You can create an offer for a Buying of Listing opportunity.
To create an offer, complete the following steps:
From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.
Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.
On the top-left corner, click Command.
Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) within the deal type (Listings or Buyer) that contains the Opportunity.
Click on the Opportunity name.
At the top of the Opportunity page, click the Offers & Commissions tab.
Click Add New Offer, on the right side of the page.
Complete the Create New Offer page.
The following fields are required to create an offer:
Offer Name - We recommend including “Initial Offer” in this title, as it distinguishes the offer from any counters or negotiations.
Property Address - In order to accept a Listing offer, the property must exist in KWLS.
Seller Info - Enter Seller Name and the Seller’s Agent Representative. The side you are representing should be auto-filled with any information you have already entered in Opportunities.
Buyer Info - Enter the Buyer Name and the Buyer’s Agent Representative. The side you are representing should be auto-filled with any information you have already entered in Opportunities.

Cash
Contract Date
Closing Date
The following fields are required to accept an offer:
Listing ID (listing from KWLS) - In order to accept a Listing offer, the property must exist in KWLS.
Property Type
Property Classification
Total Units
The following fields are not required:
Pre-approved
Pre-qualified
Earnest Amount or Percentage
Comments
Click Create Offer.
