Edit a Custom Task

To edit a custom task, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles.

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Recruits recruits-icon.

  5. Click one of the following tabs at the top of the page:

    • Click the Recruit Management tab to display a list of all your Market Center recruits.

    • Click the Recruiting Pipeline tab to display all recruits that are in the Pipeline. Recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

  6. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see Search Recruits.

  7. Click the recruit name to view the recruit details.

  8. On the Recruit Details window, click the Tasks tab.

  9. Click Other Tasks from the drop-down. A list displays of all the custom tasks.

  10. Click To Do. Only tasks in this status can be edited.

  11. Locate the appropriate task, click the More Options menu (ellipses menu-options-icon icon) and select Edit.

  12. On the Edit Task window, update the information as necessary.

    Note

    Because each task is tied to a specific recruit, you cannot change the recruit name. Instead, delete the task and create a new task for the new recruit.

  13. Click Edit Task.
