Configure Client Update for all Opportunities

For an Opportunity, you can automatically send your clients daily updates on any checklist activities that have been performed.

This includes any activities that have been completed since the previous email. In the first email, all completed activities that have been flagged for communication are included.

You are able to choose which activities are included in the email. By default, no activities are included in the email.

Note

Email updates are sent only if an activity has been completed.

This setting can be set globally for all of your contacts or you can set this for each individual opportunity. Individual settings supersede global settings.

Emails are formatted using a default email template.

To set up global client updates, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.

  4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  5. On the left-hand Settings pane, click Command Settings to display the Command settings.

  6. Under Command Settings, click Opportunity Settings.

  7. Click Client Update.

  8. On the Client Update page, select the correct team (if using).

  9. Set the time to send out the client updates. This time is based on your browser time zone.

  10. Select who the email is Sent from.

  11. Select the recipients of the client updates:

    • Client and Co-client

    • Primary Client Only

  12. To copy the owner, select the Owner check box.

  13. Click Save Changes.

    You receive a confirmation message that the settings have been updated.
