Customize Your Display Name and Reply-to Address for Command Email

Command Email is the default service used by Keller Williams to send emails on your behalf from your KW Technology applications. Each user receives 5,000 email sends per month at no charge.

To customize your display name and reply-to address for Command Email, complete the following steps:

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.

4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

5. On the left-hand Settings pane, click Command Settings to display the Command settings.

6. Click Applications.

7. On the Applications page, navigate to the Command Email application and click Manage.

8. On the Manage Command Email pop-up, you can edit your Agent Displayed Name, and your Reply-To Email.

   Note

   If you want to add a different reply-to email, click Add a custom email, enter your desired reply-to email and click Add Email. You can edit your custom email by clicking the edit icon or remove it by clicking the delete icon.

9. Click Save Changes.
