Create Lease Commission
=======================

You can create a Lease commission for a Lease opportunity.

To create an offer, complete the following steps:

#. On the left toolbar, click **Opportunities** |opportunities-icon|.

#. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) within the deal type (Listings or Buyer) that contains the Opportunity.

#. Click on the Opportunity name.

#. At the top of the Opportunity page, click the **Commission** tab.

#. Click **Add New Commission**, on the right side of the page.

#. Complete the **Create Commission** page.

   The following fields are required to create and accept a lease commission:

   * **Property Address**

   * **Property Type**

   * **Property Classification**

   * **Landlord Info** - Enter **Landlord Name**, **Co-Landlord Name** (if necessary) and the **Landlords's Agent Representative**. The side you are representing should be auto-filled with any information you have already entered in Opportunities.

   * **Tenant Info** - Enter the **Tenant Name**, **Co-Tenant Name** (if necessary)  and the **Tenant's Agent Representative**. The side you are representing should be auto-filled with any information you have already entered in Opportunities.

   * **Lease Signed Date**

   * **Occupancy Date**

#. Click **Create Commission**.
