Create/Add a Task

To create or add a task to an Opportunity, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Opportunities opportunities-icon.

  5. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) that contains the Opportunity.

  6. Click on the Opportunity Name to view the Opportunity details.

  7. Click on the checklist icon, checklist-icon.

  8. On the Tasks window, click Create Task in the header to create a task for any phase and stage or click Add Task within a phase and stage to create a task in that phase and stage.

    Note

    In both cases, you can change the phase and stage to match your needs.

  9. On the Create Task window, enter the following information:

    • Task Name

    • Opportunity Phase

    • Opportunity Stage

    • Task Type

    • Task Description (optional)

    • Hyperlink that you need to complete the task (optional)

    • Priority (optional)

    • Due Date

    • Assigned To - Agent attached to this task (optional)

  10. Click Create.
