Apply Checklist to an Opportunity

Opportunities can methodically track and manage your current and future transactions. An important part of this is tracking all of the tasks you have to complete, at every stage of the process. Because of this, Command includes checklists that you can create for every stage in the Sales Pipeline.

To apply a checklist to an Opportunity, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Opportunities opportunities-icon.

  5. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) that contains the Opportunity.

  6. Click on the Opportunity Name to view the Opportunity details.

  7. Click on the checklist icon, checklist-icon.

  8. On the Tasks window, click Apply Checklist in the header to apply a checklist for any stage or click Apply Checklist within a stage to apply a checklist to that stage.

    Note

    • If there there is no checklist created for a stage, the Apply Checklist option in unavailable.

    • If a checklist is activated for a future stage, all the stages before that stage are displayed, but do not have checklists applied to them automatically and show 0/0 tasks in the counter.

  9. On the Apply Checklist window, select the phase and correct stage checklist. Click Client Update to turn on client updates if needed. Client updates may already be turned on, depending on the checklist you selected. You can also drag the tasks into a different order before adding them to the opportunity.

  10. Click Add Tasks to add the checklist tasks.
