Unmark Multiple Contacts as Leads

To unmark multiple contacts as leads, complete the following steps:

You can mark an individual contact as a lead. For more information, see Mark or Unmark a Contact as a Lead.

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the left toolbar, click Contacts contacts-icon.

  4. Select the check boxes next to the contacts that you want to unmark as leads. To select all contacts, select the check box in the header row.

    Note

    You can filter your contact list using Filters to target certain criteria (for example, Primary Address).

  5. Click the Select Bulk Action drop-down menu and select Unmark a Leads.

  6. The Bulk Unmark as Leads window, displays the selected contacts. If a contact is not a lead, they display with an asterisk (*).

  7. Click Unmark.
