My Logs

To view a history of imported contacts and download log files, complete the following steps.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.

4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

5. On the left-hand Settings pane, click Command Settings to display the Command settings.

6. Under Command Settings, click Import Logs.

7. Click My Logs.

   The My Logs page displays a history of all imported contact files.

8. To download the original imported contact file, click Download in the Original File column.

9. If an imported contact list had errors, you can download the error file by clicking Download in the Error File column.
