Add an Activity¶
CommandMC tracks the activities of the associate (in person meetings, calls, or texts) in the associate’s timeline.
To add an activity to an associate, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.
From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.
Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.
On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.
On the left toolbar, click Associates
.
A list displays of all your Market Center associates.
Search for the correct associate. For more information, see Search Associates.
Click the associate name to view the associate details.
On the Associate Details window, click the Timeline tab.
Click Add Activity.
On the Add New Activity window, enter the following information:
Choose an Interaction Type using the drop-down: * Meeting * Call * Text
Select the date of the activity. Click in the Date field and choose from the calendar widget.
For calls or texts enter the Outcome.
Enter a Description, or note about the activity.
Click Save.
You are now able to track all of the notes and activities for your associate, in the associate’s timeline.
