Create Recruiting Tags

Market Center Administrators (MCAs) can create tags for Recruits. This allows you to filter and search for recruits, or to clearly label recruits for your Market Center to reference later. On the Recruiting Tags page, you can search for specific tags, sort tags, and create or edit tags.

While only the MCA can create and edit the tags, your entire team can add and remove tags in Recruits.

To create and edit recruiting tags, complete the following steps:

CommandMC settings are available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.

4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

5. On the left-hand Settings pane, click CommandMC Settings to display the CommandMC settings.

6. Click Recruits and then Tags.

7. On the Recruiting Tags page, select your Market Center from the drop-down list.

8. Click Create New Tag.

9. On the Add New Tag pop-up, enter the Tag Name, select the Tag Color, and click Create Tag.

10. To edit or delete an existing Custom Tag, click the menu icon to the right of the Recruiting Tag and select Edit or Delete.
