Adjust Minimum Units Required for Luxury Eligibility (Market Center Leadership)

Using CommandMC, Market Center Leadership (this includes the MCA, AMCA, Operating Principal, Team Leader, and Assistant Team Leader roles) have the ability to adjust the minimum amount of units sold (in the last 24 months) required for an agent to become a Luxury agent. This number sets the limit for the entire Market Center. It is recommended to make this adjustment only once a year, to keep consistency throughout the twelve months.

To adjust the minimum transactions required for luxury eligibility in your Market Center, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Administration administration-icon.

If you have Regional and Market Center roles or have leadership roles in multiple Market Centers, click your name, at the top-right of the page, and make sure the correct Market Center profile is selected.

  1. Click My Market Center.

  2. In the My Market Center section, click Luxury.

  3. On the Luxury tab, click the Edit icon edit-icon in the Luxury Settings section.

  4. On the Edit Luxury Settings window, enter the Required Units value and select or deselect the Automatically Approve Agents option. If selected, agents that meet your Luxury requirements are automatically added to the Luxury roster.

  5. Click Save.

    The changes take effect immediately. Refresh CommandMC to see the changes.
