Add an Appointment¶
To add an apppointment to an associate, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles. For more information, see CommandMC Access by Role.
From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.
Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.
On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.
On the left toolbar, click Associates
.
A list displays of all your Market Center associates.
Search for the correct associate. For more information, see Search Associates.
Click the associate name to view the associate details.
On the Associate Details window, click the Appointments tab.
Click New Appointment.
On the Create an Appointment window, enter the appointment details. Select who the appointment is Conducted by, the Apointment Type, Date Conducted, and any Notes.
You can add Attachments to the appointment by drag and dropping them or clicking Browse. If the appointment has an attachment, click Attach Files to upload additional files. Click the download icon to download an existing attachment or click the delete icon to remove it from the appointment.
Note
When deleting an attachment, you must click Save after you click the delete icon.
Click Save Appointment.
You can now access this, and other appointments that you add, on both the associate’s timeline, and on the associate details Appointments tab.
