Submit a New Commission after an Offer Falls Through

When an offer falls through after you have already requested a commission from your Market Center (on an accepted offer), and you accept a new offer, you must request a termination of that commission and submit a commission for the new offer.

Note

You must request termination of the previous commission before you can accept a new offer.

Terminate the Existing Commission

To terminate an existing commission, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Opportunities opportunities-icon.

  5. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) that contains the Opportunity.

  6. Click on the Opportunity name to view the Opportunity details.

  7. At the top of the Opportunity page, click the Offers & Commissions tab. The Offers & Commissions tab lists all offers for the Opportunity.

  8. Click Manage Commission next to the accepted offer that fell through.

  9. On the Commission page, click Request Termination.

    Note

    After requesting a termination, you can immediately accept a new offer in the following situations:

    • DA ID is blank - the commission has not been imported to WinMORE

    • DA ID status is U (Unposted) or I (Incomplete)

    • Commission status is Submitted, Approved, Pending Import, or Imported.

    If the DA status is P (Posted), you cannot request a termination of the commission or accept a new offer until the MCA manually terminates the original commission.

    After a commission has been terminated, you will receive a Kelle notification and Command notification. The offer and commission will both show the status of terminated. The commission sheet and offer can be viewed but are not longer editable.

Submit a New Commission

To submit a new commission, complete the following steps:

  1. From the correct Opportunity, click the Offers & Commissions tab and accept the new offer. For more information, see Manage Offers.

    Note

    Multiple offers can have a status of accepted. However, only one offer can have a DA ID status that is non-terminated, all other offers must eventually have a DA ID status of T (terminated).

  2. Click Manage Commission next to the accepted offer.

    The Offers & Commissions tab auto-fills with the data you entered into the accepted offer.
