Reassign Task

For a task to be reassigned, it must first be assigned to someone.

To reassign a task, complete the following steps:

CommandMC is available only to certain KW roles.

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Associates associates-icon.

  5. Search for the correct associate. For more information, see Search Associates.

  6. Click the associate name to view the associate details.

  7. On the Associate Details window, click the Tasks tab.

  8. Select either Checklist Tasks or Other Tasks from the drop-down.

  9. Select To Do from the drop-down. Only tasks in To Do status can be reassigned.

  10. Locate the appropriate task, click the More Options menu (ellipses menu-options-icon icon) and select Reassign.

  11. On the Reassign Task window, select a new assignee and click Save.

    Note

    Each task can only have one assignee.
