Create Smartviews for Transactions

When you use a set of filters often, save that set of filters as a SmartView. You can then access that set of filters without having to reset them each time.

To create Smartviews for transactions, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click CommandMC.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Transactions transactions-icon.

  5. Click the Transaction tab at the top of the page.

  6. After the desired filters have been selected, click the Smartview drop-down and select Create Smartview.

  7. Name your SmartView, then click Save Smartview. To access this Smartview in the future, click the Transactions drop-down at the top of your transactions list, and choose it from the list.
