More Options Menu

Many of the tasks needed to manage your contacts can be accessed from the Contacts list without opening an individual contact record.

The More Options menu (ellipses icon) is in the last column of each contact in the Contact list.

Click the icon for the following options:

• Edit a Contact

• Add an Activity

• Share a Contact (Teams)

• Add a Note

• Archive a Contact

• View SmartPlans

• Add a Contact to a SmartPlan

• Mark or Unmark a Contact as a Lead
