Database Wipe

To archive all Contacts or delete all Contact archives, complete the following steps.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the top-right corner of Command, click your name.

4. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

5. On the left-hand Settings pane, click Command Settings to display the Command settings.

6. Under Command Settings, click Contacts to display the Contacts settings.

7. Click Database Wipe.

8. To archive all contacts, click Archive All Contacts and click OK in the confirmation box.

9. To permanently delete all archived Contacts, click Delete All Archived Contacts and click OK in the confirmation box.
