Opportunity Task Bulk Actions

Some actions can by applied to multiple tasks within a stage. These include:

  • For complete tasks, marking them incomplete.

  • For incomplete tasks, rescheduling, reassigning, changing the priority, or archiving.

Note

When selecting multiple tasks, you can select all incomplete or all complete tasks but not both. After you have selected one task, you have the option to select all of that status of tasks at the bottom of the Tasks window (Select All Completed, Select All To Do).

To apply an action to multiple tasks, complete the following steps:

  1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

  2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

  3. On the top-left corner, click Command.

  4. On the left toolbar, click Opportunities opportunities-icon.

  5. Click on the phase (Cultivate, Appointment, Active, Under Contract, Closed) that contains the Opportunity.

  6. On the Opportunity card, click on the checklist icon, checklist-icon. You can also click on the icon in the Opportunity details.

  7. On the Tasks window, you can expand or collapse the tasks in each stage. To hide completed tasks click Hide Completed Tasks, to show all tasks, click Show All Tasks.

  8. Select the tasks to update by clicking the check box to the right of each task.

    • To mark multiple complete tasks as incomplete, click Mark as Incomplete.

    • For incomplete tasks, click on one of the following actions:

      • Reschedule - Enter a new date and time and click Apply.

      • Reassign - Select a new team member or select unassigned.

      • Change Priority - Click the ellipses icon menu-options-icon and select Change Priority. On the Change Priority window, select a priority level and click Change Priority.

      • Archive - Click the ellipses icon menu-options-icon and select Archive.
