Export Multiple Contacts

To export multiple contacts, complete the following steps:

Note

You can select and export up to 50 contacts at a time.

1. From a browser, go to: https://console.command.kw.com.

2. Log in using your Keller Williams user name and password.

3. On the left toolbar, click Contacts .

4. Select the check boxes next to the contacts you want to export. To select all contacts, select the check box in the header row.

   Note

   You can filter your contact list using Filters to target certain criteria (for example, Primary Address).

5. Click the Select Bulk Action drop-down menu and select Export Contacts.

6. The following confirmation message appears, confirming that the export was successful: “Your export was successful, please check your notifications”.

7. Click the notifications icon, and within the export notification, click the link to download the export file.
