Add a Recruit to a SmartPlan
============================

To subscribe/add a recruit to a SmartPlan, complete the following steps:

#. Click one of the following tabs at the top of the page:

   * Click the **Recruit Management** tab to display a list of all your Market Center recruits.

   * Click the **Recruiting Pipeline** tab to display all recruits that are in the Pipeline. Recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

#. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see :ref:`search-recruits-commandmc`.

#. Click the recruit name to view the recruit details.

#. On the **Recruit Details** window, click the **SmartPlan** tab.

#. Click **Add to SmartPlan**.

#. Select when you want the SmartPlan to start:

   * **Start all now** - The first step of the SmartPlan begins immediately, as soon as you confirm.

   * **Start all on the following date** - Use the calendar widget to choose a date on which to start the SmartPlan.

#. Click **Confirm** when you are ready to start the SmartPlan.

#. On the **Add to SmartPlan** pop-up, review the details, then click **Confirm**.
