Remove Recruit from Pipeline
============================

If the recruit you are working with falls through for any reason, you can remove them from the pipeline. The recruit record remains in the Recruit database.

To remove a recruit from the pipeline, complete the following steps:

#. Click the **Recruiting Pipeline** tab, at the top of the page. Your recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

#. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see :ref:`search-pl-recruits-mc`.

#. Click the ellipses icon |menu-options-icon| for that recruit and select **Remove from Pipeline**.

#. On the **Remove from Pipeline** window, select **Fall out**.

#. Enter a removal comment in **Why are you removing this recruit?**. The recruit is returned to the recruiting database for further engagement.

#. Click **Save**.
