Archive a Recruit
=================

Archiving a recruit removes the recruit from your recruiting pipeline and the MC database.

To archive an recruit, complete the following steps:

#. Click the **Recruiting Pipeline** tab, at the top of the page. Your recruit cards are organized by Phase, Stage, and the currently selected Sort pattern.

#. Search for the correct recruit. For more information, see :ref:`search-recruits-commandmc`.

#. Click the ellipses icon |menu-options-icon| (on the far right) for that recruit and select **Remove from Pipeline**.

#. On the **Remove from Pipeline** window, select the option that best describes why you are removing this recruit:

   * **Fall out**: This recruit is returned to the recruiting database for further engagement.

   * **Archive**: This recruit is removed from your recruiting pipeline and the MC database.

#. Enter a removal comment in **Why are you removing this recruit?**.

#. Click **Save**.
