Snooze a Task
=============

If you need more time to complete a task, you can snooze (reschedule) the task.

To snooze a task, complete the following steps:

#. Click either the **Contact Tasks** tab or the **Opportunity Tasks** tab, at the top of the page.

#. For Contact tasks, click **To Do**. Only tasks in this status can be snoozed.

#. Click the snooze icon |snooze-icon|.

#. On the **Snooze this task** window, choose to **Snooze interval in days** or **Snooze until specific date** and click **Snooze**.
